for first time getting Kangaroo service is good with hikari85..but second time with lingloong using Kangaroo service, they forgot to bring the parcel to send..WTFish?

Called the HQ on saturday, the person said item is sent out for delivery and will reach by 1pm but still havent arrive yet even when its already 1pm
The online tracking did not change status too...

Later afternoon called the HQ, and one of the woman staff is so rude...
keep saying cant contact driver, because their phone is in mailbox mode...
very disapointing

Morning, called the PJS branch, they said item is out for delivery
status is still the same as two days ago.

Finally received the item at 2pm...
Checked the status but the status in the tracking system still havent change...

Track online: delivery on route 8/9/2011

Now it's 21/9/2011

I understand if it would take long time to reach.

But today called their customer service.

They ask me to call their Bentong branch

There they ask me to call their agent

Agent tell me item stolen

where is this courier service from?

I been using Kangaroo for sometime.
No problem sending bigger parcel, their van usually arrive on time (even though their cut off time is 4pm, but the van usually won't come if I call after 3pm).

But sending small item & documents is a nightmare. Their motorcyclist usually doesn't come at all even though I request for pick up in the early morning, no phone call no nothing. Been delay many time for small parcel & documents.

holy crap...i just bought from forumer and he use kangaroo too......the postage is from kl to setapak...is there any problem with the branch at setapak too...?i try call them but engage..but the item already at setapak branch..hopefully there wont be any problem coz im goin to melaka dis sunday ...

Very good service, even when delivering to the outskirts of the city . Although the driver often misses my house cuz in the kampong kampong. Mine is orgered from linglong, deliver as said by the the people answering the calls. Thumbs up for ya!

No good for me. Missed the item yesterday, called the number on the note, no reply. Sms, no reply. Called the branch, no reply.

My experience with couriers, if the receiver's kampung/ nearest 10's km town don't have agent office, please do not use them. They will use proxies or they go by themself but if no body at home, do you think they will come back next round?

So, they sometime just throw into your mailbox, your front door, give to your neighbour, the guard house, your cat, your dog etc. So far, only fedex, dhl n poslaju not doing it....my 2cents experience

i dont know, i've seen another thread complaining about kangaroo bad service. i've bought a few items sent by kangaroo and they seems to reach me in time.

Kangaroo Courier Service sucks! Including their operators. This happen to me when I'm calling the Seremban branches. I just want to confirm about my parcel and SHE got mad like crazy people. From what i had seen the reason were same; cannot call the courier driver and etc etc. They said, they tried to call me but I didn't answer, when I checked in my phone, no one called me that day. It took me a week to get my parcel arrived.

Nothing is perfect but hey, they are reliable. I'm using entering 5th year, zero parcel missing

Some-times, "biar lambat asalkan selamat"

Fast like Poslaju but when parcel missing, whos "butt-hole" hurt? Especially those valuable item / item value more than RM1k

i agree, their service is suck.. how many days they took to sent item from kepong to shah alam.. item sent from 17 jan but until now i still not get the item..

I am waiting for my parcel now, after reading this I am very very anxious... lol.. should have used skynet
