QUOTE(billytong @ Dec 27 2008, 12:21 PM) our Home user's packet get kick out for Commercial user. :/ Tell me why would a US line lag so much when the cable problem is from Europe. It makes no sense at all Unless Tmnut reroute. Come to think of it, this could be a possibility given the way tmnut treats the home users in the past. No wonder US links were suddenly superbly slow after the holidays. Can't even download from rapidshyt since it can dc less than 300KB, with the long cooldown timer in between regardless of whether you could actually download anything in the first place.

Cable broken = no direct connection to Europe. Traffic from Malaysia to Europe therefore goes east on the US lines. This makes the US lines more congested.

Lucky I guess. I get the same speed no matter what server I select. Didn't test on rapid, but different IPs also give me roughly the same speed while downloading.

I already told u guys, it is the freaking stupid TMnut clogged the ultra small US line by rerouting and the US do not have enough bandwidth, which is not happening if the ISP buy more international backbone bandwidth. Definately TMnut trying to sqeeze as much money out of us but not willing to spend money on bandwidth expansion.
