Downtime Undersea sub-cables have just broken..., Is the internet going down?

Ok, now it's back to slow from me. Stuck on the 124.13 and 124.82 range [82 is ok for me for torrents ocassionally, better than 118.100 or 118.101], however, for my ps3 118.101 is the best and that's the one I can't get on right now heh, sucks. Oh well, gotta see how it is in the next few hours, it only started getting crappy around 9-10pm.
