QUOTE(akuinsan @ Dec 27 2008, 12:12 PM) YES, i think TM reroute the line to Europe to Asia->US-> Europe. Cause from 20th to 25th disember i did't have any lag issue, but starting from 26th december, my line start to lag. Also detect lag from mirc connection starting from 26th december morning. same thing happen to me... anyone know when the fixing of the cable will be completed?

QUOTE(NickedAsy @ Dec 27 2008, 06:24 PM) Come to think of it, this could be a possibility given the way tmnut treats the home users in the past. No wonder US links were suddenly superbly slow after the holidays. Can't even download from rapidshyt since it can dc less than 300KB, with the long cooldown timer in between regardless of whether you could actually download anything in the first place. i'm only having problem with my online game damn laggy and keep on getting dced.. but i'm able to get around 80-130KB download with rapid.. weird isn't it?

QUOTE(authuser @ Dec 29 2008, 02:34 PM) breaking CODE Delay to internet cable repairs Tom Gara
In the meantime, internet connections in the UAE are working largely as normal, with internet providers redirecting traffic on lines through Asia and the US. Some download-intensive services, like video streaming and online gaming, have been temporarily blocked to ensure basic internet services remain available.
WTH... since when does online gaming is download intensive?

i think my connection still crazy.. I'm able to RS download speed up to 140KBps but my MU download is like 1KBps and most of the time connection timeout after few hundred KB download.. guess have to wait for few more days for things to be bck to normal.
