Anybody tried scalping?

I tried it, damn tiring, almost ruined my life due to lack of sleep and the reward is not all that great compare the hrs I spent ...

Added on January 24, 2009, 8:11 amIf I am not mistaken, most brokers in FX allow scalping since the more you place orders, the more money they earn on the spread.

there are a few scalpers here. IMO, be a scalper only if you're very interested in the market, while knowing what you're doing. Scalping may require high leveraged than day trading, such that profits will seem to be significance. With that, there will be higher risk. So, you'll need to have a higher P/L ratio.

Good luck smile.gif

Hahaha, scalping are only for EXPERTS with experiences in FX market 24/7. Do not attempt it at home. LOL....

Added on January 24, 2009, 2:40 pmNothing beat experiences, even stupid EA will not make 20% in a week.

i thought this thread is discussing forex and pair analysis , not talking about which broker is good or not ..wink.gif

prefer we talk more on technical analysis . It's better rather than promoting broker and asking downline/upline related commission ..huh

cheers .

Don't use marketiva la bro. The only good point about it is that it gives you a FREE USD$2.50 to trade live. I have triple that USD$2.50 to USD8.++ in few days hehe.

Other than that its a bucket shop, only good for chatting sleep.gif. There is no requotes and other function found in an MT4 platform, you will lose a lot of money if you really fund and use this broker. Your Buy and Sell order will not executed exactly as you placed it 80% of the time.

Try broker like oanda , ibfx.

I m using fxpro , same platform like ibfx, it can be funded using paypal. Easy to withdraw money smile.gif

Most of the broker is not from malaysia.

Unless you can find a broker from malaysia or other nearby asian region then they might accept debit card.

Anyone is a full time trader, trading for a living? Can share successful experience? Not trying to make enormous amount but a modest income (RM1-2k etc.) enuf to survive monthly.
