Just wondering if anyone has experience trading with Alpari UK. They have MT4 platform.

    * Floating leverage - up to 1:500
    * USD 200 minimum deposit
    * Max open position 2 standard lots

      Trade size increment 0.01 lot
    * 5 decimal price feed

Compare to FXCM UK, any comment ?

Fxopen hav one advantage and one disadvantage for me

Adv - we can use maybank online banking to fund our account, whereby transaction cost is very very very very low
Disadv - not regulated

So, if you are not trading very big, I can say fxopen is ok for you.

FXOPEN doesn't mean they're not regulated but they're regulated in Cyprus, but just we don't have the confidence with Cyprus govt management.

many years ago, i heard a story from pro trader using fxopen, he deposit 50k on it and made about +30% in a week. by the time he wants to withdraw the profit and fxopen refused it. maybe someone wanted to dig the story up somewhere. regulated in cyprus eh? hmm.. maybe its been too long i havent update news around retail broker.

I personally agree with mphpopular . With small amount of $$, live trading experience could be gained. The maximum risk is only that few-tenth dollars. If want to trade big, of cause, I also will choose for regulated one.

You can trade whatever broker you want or how much capital, just remember INVEST THE MONEY YOU AFFORD TO LOSE.

last month, my friend just withdraw usd800 with no fuss with fxopen...
just a reminder to other trader...if small amount, its ok...but for big amount, i also not recommended this broker...

Anyone of you here can suggest me a good MT4 alarm indicator? Give me a loud alarm when price hit the price that I specified? Sorry I am just too lazy browsing from tsd and factory.

if there are sifu able to answer your question here today/in this forum, nobody ever needs to work anymore. I took more than a years full time researching/studying to really understand what trading really is and how to make money from it. and thats just the beginning.. !
