hm...oil (WTI) might rise next week, based on price action and some fundamentals. If so, so would EU. 1.3850 (or around) has been the 3rd time acting as a support level. Best to look at with US Treasuries, German bund, oil and Dow for confirmation.
here's the messy chart for the up move » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « for the easier downmove... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « basically, just wait for BO This post has been edited by small-jeff: Dec 21 2008, 05:11 PM |

QUOTE(diablokun @ Jan 4 2009, 11:30 PM) and never should anybody...but an EA is quite important when u r off for a long time...keep it safe with precision TSL and straddling method...the important key is say no to greediness...lol IMO, if you're saying no to greed, then you shouldn't even trade when you're off. |

on another note, german bund's yield is going down strong as well. |

QUOTE(siaokia @ Jan 10 2009, 11:55 PM) I wonder why Eur/Usd can go down? Suppose high unemployment rate can cause the Eur/USD go up isn't it? As USD bcm weak. or this down is purely depend on Technical analysis? all equity indexes gone south, monies went to bonds and/or treasuries. IMO, forex is rather difficult to solely depend on TA alone.Anyone can help me the clear this doubt? Thank you. |

QUOTE(siaokia @ Jan 11 2009, 04:26 PM) Ok. Yes. People still see the Treasuries as a safe haven, despite Fed cutting rates and starting to print money (since China ain't borrowing). The stronger the US$ gain now, the greater it'll fall, pretty soon. We know China and Japan are the top holders of US debts, by the time they ask back for the money, will be the time USD to fall very BIG.So now Eur/Usd went down. so that means USD get stronger isn'nt it? USD now use lesser money to change Euro. Am i rite? SO now unemployment release, but then Eur/Usd go south. Jeff so u mean if money wen to bonds / treasuries, USD will get stronger? Just my view, not necessarily accurate |

hmm... EU seems extremely bearish on the daily and weekly outlook. Perhaps an initial gain to 1.3670/80 first before falling back down?
hmmm.. |

look into smaller TF, entry upon higher high or lower low. however, this is not for big pips though.
