Anybody tried scalping?

I tried it, damn tiring, almost ruined my life due to lack of sleep and the reward is not all that great compare the hrs I spent ...

Added on January 24, 2009, 8:11 amIf I am not mistaken, most brokers in FX allow scalping since the more you place orders, the more money they earn on the spread.

Anyone is a full time trader, trading for a living? Can share successful experience? Not trying to make enormous amount but a modest income (RM1-2k etc.) enuf to survive monthly.

Hi All, haven't been posting for a while, I c many of you asking about the true potential of FX trading profits. I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with this but I am currently trading on FXCM micro and they have the King Of Micro (KOM) contest every month with the 1st 3 winners bagging 25k, 10k, 5k in prize money respectively.

We have a malaysian there scoring 500+% at spot #10 last month. They haven't post the daily account result for March 09, but u can browse the ones in Feb 09 and previous. C how the winners trade and learn from them, it's another way to learn. It's something u cannot learn from books. Happy trading!

I was wondering if there are any scalpers here. With the bad internet connection in m'sia, how do u guys scalp? I personally is having a bad time trying to trade frequently through my home streamyx wired line. I can hardly log in to my FXCM trading account sometimes and it gets disconnected so often that I lose patience in trading. Anyone have any suggestions? I am located in Tmn Desa off Old Kland Rd. Maxis 3G sucks as well, these are the 2 ISPs I've tried.
