upping the hype train...

from Hitflix;
QUOTE
The third film does something I hadn't totally seen from the series so far: it
made me care about what happened to the Giant F**king Robots. They are given
personality more successfully here than at any other point in the trilogy.

Finally, it feels like the war makes sense, and the stakes make sense, and it
all matters. Sentinel Prime is a great addition to the series, and Nimoy plays
him perfectly. It's a real performance, and as a result, it makes the rest of
the Transformers feel more real. Cullen is very good in this one, and the rest
of the robot cast manages to impress as well. Even the weird little robots grew
on me over the course of the film, especially when you see where they wind up.
The Decepticons are way nastier in this one, and so when Optimus Prime and the
Autobots unleash hell... AND THEY DO... it is so deserved and so worthy of one
cheer after another that it almost becomes audience participation.

I think there's still Hall open for Transformers. Eg 1U, I doubt Transformers being one of the biggest blockbuster this summer not being shown at THX hall (which is Hall 2/3)?

So hold on tight for it. Once open faster grab your seat. I'm aiming for THX as the sound system should be the best to accommodate those explosions (knowing Micheal Bay too well)

If it's good, I don't mind having a go for 3D though I've been disappointed few times on 3D. Does 3D show have discount on Wed?

I cannot believe that Transformers 3 is only screened in three screens in big cineplexes (Mid Valley etc) given the demand and ONE in smaller cineplexes. What the hell do we have to do to watch it opening day? Rob a bank?!

i saw the showtime isn't as alot as usual
even for a big movie like this
GSC explains that this week have a must air movie...clash with this movie
and occupies the biggest hall of all the GSCs
so that's why all become like that

I wonder if the cinemas here in Malaysia got Bay's letter.

I'm not sure how it is in the southern part but the cinemas here in the north like GSC Gurney Plaza have terrible brightness levels when it comes to 3D.
Its like watching a movie and blacking out at the same time. Its atrocious.

usually must air movie is local movie...not necessarily malay movie
protected by govt..so must utilize biggest hall...even if no one is watching...lol
that's why all u see in the booking is all small hall...and the showtime also quiet limited

Finally got my Platinum tickets. Can't stand people coming in late, coughing, lauging, kids screaming and gals flirting with their BFs during the movie.
