you can call them again and ask them update ccris and akpk. from what i know, not all bank staff can send email to external.
AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

QUOTE(getajob @ Aug 1 2020, 01:20 PM) Whoa.. So good.. CTOS and CCRIS are different I bought a CTOS report yesterday. Wonder it's true or not... I don't have any CC or Personal Loan outstanding anymore. Shall i go to BNM to print the report again? After clear my debts, any Sifu here know how long it takes for me to re apply loan again? Let's say hire purchase? https://www.comparehero.my/banking-finance/...ween-ccris-ctos you can apply ccris online now https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/personal-fi...is-reports.html after my ccris cleared, i applied 2 mbb credit card and approved. i think they approved fast because my company bank in my pay into mbb acc and i also got fd with mbb . |

QUOTE(schoe @ Aug 3 2020, 12:08 AM) i did hear from cari forum that someone wrote that HLB never changed their interest rate even u r in akpk programme. then they will keep on charge u 18% interest.. so my case is, i owe them about 2.9k. i enrolled in dec 2013. and on last year i noticed that the outstanding is RM3300. then i asked HLB what happen.. then in the next month, they changed it to 6%. if hlb overcharge you , u can complain to AKPK and BNM. so on this month outstanding is about RM2.8k i called and ask for recalculation and i wished to settle the outstanding. they said will recalculate my account, then few days later call me and said i no need to pay anymore. then i tried to use 6% to calculate, its real. and i had overpaid them less than RM100. but i know that sometimes i late payment to akpk, and hlb did charge me late charges. i think plus and minus should be around Rm100 that i overpaid (i only calculate with 6% interest, i didnt add in any RM10 late payment). so i didnt call back and asked why i paid extra blah blah blah. SO MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE, IF UR AKPK PROGRAMME INCLUDE HONG LEONG BANK...DO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT, AS MY CASE IS NGAM NGAM 3K AND ABOUT 6-7 YEARS CAN SETTLE (MONTHLY PAYMENT RM50). I SAW FROM CARI FORUM, THAT GUY EXTRA PAID CERTAIN AMOUNT TO HONG LEONG BANK AND SUCCESSFULLY CLAIM IT BACK LATER. BUT MAFAN LOH hlb didnt give any discount to me and they said no discount for akpk program. i still waiting akpk to refund my excess payment. QUOTE(MARVIN333 @ Aug 7 2020, 11:28 AM) Hi I was looking at my internet banking and it seems I can make payment to the bank direct for CC outstanding amount. Since I am under AKPK am I allow to do that? I was thinking whenever I have extra money I will pump direct so that the amount will be reduced faster. But I am allow to do that? Would bank take in the excess payment? u better confirm the account number with the bank and also final amount. |

QUOTE(RazrV3 @ Aug 17 2020, 11:12 PM) Gd evening all, sorry for my bad english, I've have some question to ask u guys here, hope someone can gimme some ideas what to do.. for my case, scb and citi told me that they need more time to get all payment info from akpk and recalculate it.I'm currently under the AKPK program & I've made a full settlement for 2 out of the 4 banks today. As for the balance 2 banks (SCB & Citi), they are unable to provide the amount for me to made payment on the spot meaning to say I still need to wait till further notice on the amount from them. As for the 2 banks that I made my full settlement (UOB & RHB), they said that the release letter will only be ready after 14 working days. I don't think I'll get the release letter on time for me to update AKPK on the partial settlement Can I stop my monthly repayment to AKPK this month end as I do not wish to pay excess amount to UOB & RHB as I believe it will be troublesome to request back the excess amount. |
