thinking of buying myself an iphone but reluctant to purchase it from digi/maxis (don't want to pay ccm). i am currently living at KK, sabah. i wonder, where can i get iphone (cash and carry) in Sabah (KK especially), bcoz all i can find here is nothing but fake iphone made from somewhere.. dont kno where.

can any1 giv me some suggestion?

i found this ad from mudah that says "iphone 3gs 32gb rm1100". and it says that the location is at pahang. but the ad's person doesnt included his contact number or whatever so i emailed him and askd whether the phone is an original iphone. he immediately replied and said yes. i asked him whether the phone can be used for any sim and yes. he askd me how many i wanted to buy. he told that he sell for rm1100 and you get one free if you buy three. i told him im only buying for myself and im on low budget. i ask him why is it so cheap. he said that he bought it directly from the manufacturer in the u.s so im guessing he bought by bulk. and he also told that he kinda supplies the phone to people that are buying by bulk.i told him my budget is around rm800 bcs at that moment im only looking for iphone 2g. then he offered me for rm1000 for 3gs 32gb! from what i know is that he is staying in the states and doing the business from the states. he sells any other kinds of phones like bb and sidekick. i askd for iphone 3gs 16gb and the price for that is rm900! its that cheap! but for bb, the price is still the same like the others. so bcs of my curiosity, i askd him so many questions to assure that he is real, its not a scam, the phone is true and etc. he said that the phone is authentic and original made from the apple store in california. he also gave me a picture of the apple resell certification[below is the pic]. he also called me to convince me that he is real but we didnt talk much bcs the line is very bad. and the number that he's calling from is 0309, so im guessing maybe thats the number from the states looks like if you call here. and he is also trying hard to help me to buy the iphone bcs i also askd him to explains how the payment works, the shipping, how to do the payments and stuffs.now i dont know whether this is true or not bcs im about to take the deal with him. so im looking for anyone's opinion who has any experience like this. so is he real? is he a scammer or not? should i take the deal? what do you think? he's from lousiana,new orleans, usa. or is the phone really is cheap because it is made in the states rather than sing set or etc? bcs usually people here doesnt want to take the risk using the us sets, so thats why he's selling it cheap, right or wrong? the payment is made via western union money transfer. if can, make your opinion short and convincing. please. thank you

in case of doubt, take it as a fraud.
if you still wanna go with it, make sure the payment method used is on buyer's side.

dude.. cant u see its a fake.. now ask yrself this. why is he selling so cheap whn the market price is way higher...

doesnt he wanna earn more??

is iphone look alike, but not iphone, my friend just bought it at putrajaya shop and she thought is a real iphone also, until she bring back to office and we check the diff with maxis set. her iphone alike mute sound button is diff , and inside you will not able to see the firmwre version / os version. and her new set comes with lots of chinese program !
