pbb just got back to me and said they are only willing to offer me 40% loan coz my profile in CCRIS is too clean and i'm too young!
unless i can find somebody (which has to be older and working - parents are out of the q already) to apply for a joint loan, best they can give is 40%. if i can afford to pay 60% d/p, i wouldnt wanna put all my eggs in the same basket oso...better save the rest of the bullets to invest elsewhere instead rite? when i asked them what was their definition and cut off point for 'young', they said all those btwn 20-30 years old will obtain the same score in CCRIS...is this true?
sigh...am presently debt free, have no commitments with sufficient cash flow also kena indirectly rejected...feelin abit the tulan here!

just hope will receive some good news from RHB n EON, else i'll have no choice but to forgo my unit already!!!
banana too young??
you have credit card or not?.. if u have definately u have a good track record if you are holding it quite long..
if they xtion, don't need to apply via them.. since they dun wanna do business..
yr sis also too young or too old?

u guys really terror la.. can online most of the time?
anyway.. i think i have the best offer from RHB so far..
-2.2 ZEC and MRTA.. but im planning to take shorter term of MRTA.. she said it wont affect my -2.2
erm.. there's 2 package.. one is with withdrawal function.. charge of setup fee 200 and then minimum 5k per transaction and RM50 processing fee..
another is can withdrawal of minimum 1k per transaction and setup fee of RM200 as well..
can't really remember the details..
she was late tho and keep apologising.. and so i said to her to fight more for me.. she said she will ask for me to see if can get more than -2.2 ..
and she said this package is specially for The Zest project.. -2.2 or -2.1 with and w/o MRTA respectively..
I never know there are 2 different withdrawal facilities?.. min5k but need rm50 processing fee? that's ridiculous..
