-2.2 ZEC and MRTA.. but im planning to take shorter term of MRTA.. she said it wont affect my -2.2
erm.. there's 2 package.. one is with withdrawal function.. charge of setup fee 200 and then minimum 5k per transaction and RM50 processing fee..
another is can withdrawal of minimum 1k per transaction and setup fee of RM200 as well..
can't really remember the details..
she was late tho and keep apologising.. and so i said to her to fight more for me.. she said she will ask for me to see if can get more than -2.2 ..
and she said this package is specially for The Zest project.. -2.2 or -2.1 with and w/o MRTA respectively..

pbb just got back to me and said they are only willing to offer me 40% loan coz my profile in CCRIS is too clean and i'm too young! doh.gif

unless i can find somebody (which has to be older and working - parents are out of the q already) to apply for a joint loan, best they can give is 40%. if i can afford to pay 60% d/p, i wouldnt wanna put all my eggs in the same basket oso...better save the rest of the bullets to invest elsewhere instead rite? when i asked them what was their definition and cut off point for 'young', they said all those btwn 20-30 years old will obtain the same score in CCRIS...is this true?

sigh...am presently debt free, have no commitments with sufficient cash flow also kena indirectly rejected...feelin abit the tulan here! shakehead.gif just hope will receive some good news from RHB n EON, else i'll have no choice but to forgo my unit already!!!

What abt the possibility of having a guarantor for the loan in order to have a 90% margin of financing?

huh ?
that's weird..
i tot the less risk u got.. the more they will loan you?
cuz u back records are clean.. maybe u do not have any loans.. like car loans and CC debts/repayment.. so they duno ur background..

cuz as far as i know.. if u have good loan repayment for ur car loans.. ur credit cards.. no CCRIS CTOS etc etc.. u will have better change to get approve.. and also can demand for better offer..

that's what i thought too! rclxub.gif nope, i currently do not have any loans but i guess dats not the main factor for them to approve 90% MOF rite? things like my salary, amt of FD, yrs of work, etc should hold count as well.
pbb r also offerin my sis 40% MOF only although she's older then me, holds a few cc and is a prompt paymaster every mth sweat.gif

I think u just need to apply to other banks. If other banks can give u 90% MOF then i dun think the problem is ur profile.

Bro, your rate not as good as some with the group leh....ours some got BLR-2.2 W/O MRTA ZEC (those with good profile) and some BLR-2.15 W/O MRTA ZEC. Those with more than 1 unit, rates even better. Hehe..I'm actually dealing and have negotiated with the one who fixes the rates in RHB, the head of consumer banking in Malaysia, so the rates should be the best kua... biggrin.gif

Bro, try removing your MRTA....surely your rates would not be as attractive...our rates are generally W/O MRTA, with MRTA rates would be better...!

U sure it is BLR-2.2 for non-MRTA??.. she only says BLR-2.1 .. and 2.2 must be with MRTA, even so, it could be blr-2.15

my sis hold a few credit cards (w/o any outstanding balance) for several yrs already and has no outstanding loans but was offered 40% MOF too! she's also below 30, n technically its still 'too young' for them sweat.gif

yea, am actually applying to pbb as my 3rd fallback plan oni if rhb and eon also fails to approve my loan for some reason. since they're so chuen, i wasn't really inclined to ask them further on what options/procedures i should take to obtain a 90% MOF with them. reckon other banks shud be able to offer me higher MOF with better rates too!
