^actually he meant age 15, at 55kg biggrin.gif

your daily exercise looks extremely taxing. majority of your exercises are more towards cardio training so you'd be burning off your body at a faster rate than you are bulking up. you seriously need to take a break IMO.

ps i don't think any amount of food can support your daily activities, if that is really what you do everyday.

no, but muscles need time to recover. you just need more rest, you don't have to delete them completely from your list. try doing it lesser than what you normally do. badminton, jogging and football every single day is just... too much... you need rest days, too.

I heard raw eggs are not good for health. They have many bacteria even though you've washed the eggs properly. It's adviced to take cooked eggs.

So, what is your goal? I think you wish to gain mass right, since as you say you are very skinny. Your BMI is only 17.5 which is classified as underweight.

Looking at your daily activities you are very active and burning a lot of calories. To gain weight, you're going to have to eat more than you usually do or reduce some activities or a bit of both.

Dude with so many activities you would have a hard time building muscle even if you had six meals a day. Speaking of it, are you having at least more than three meals a day?

Whole egg is definitely better. The yolk contains good fats for your body. No cholesterol myths please.

It's better that you take cooked egg than raw egg.
Uncook egg white can prevent your body from absorbing vitamin H (biotin)

You need more carbohydrate for your active activity.
Due to heavy perspiration, water-soluble vitamin will be highly excreted too. Hence, it's better you take supplement for this.

This is because your routine had been the same for the few months.

Your body tends to get used to any routine, no matter how rigorous it is. So at first you may have experienced some sort of physical change, but after a while your body probably got used to it.

I suggest next time altering your regime every 2 weeks.

Also, don't worry so much on how you have your eggs- have it scrambled, soft boiled, hard boiled or even raw. Eggs are still eggs that contain protein. If you wanted more protein, just take more (but watch how much yolk you take)

You're not eating enough.

Eat 6 meals a day, with lots of meat and egg.

Try taking 12 boiled egg whites + 2 egg yolks a day, split them into different meals ie. take 2 for each meal. If you follow this strictly for 2 weeks, in 2 weeks you'll notice slight increase in body weight.

not that it is not good for health. it increases the risk or contracting samonela, a deadly illness that can kill you. it is present in the egg, so without proper cooking it will be still there.

Your routines are almost all aerobic, that is jogging, football, badminton,.. They are all cardio workouts that increases metabolism that burns calories.. They are not suitable for you for the purpose of gaining weight. You need to cut them down a lot and focus more on weights, push-ups and sit-ups.

You will also need to work on heavy weights so that when you repeat them ~15 times, you will have a hard time lifting after that. Do them in sets with 5-10minutes rests in between... After each set, your muscle should be feeling fatigue.. Rest adequately after each session and eat more protein and starchy foods like potatoes..

I have problem eating eggs too.

What i do is to pour hot boiling water to 2 eggs in a big mug. Wait 2-3 minutes, and add milo and milk powder. Taste good enough hardly taste the eggs.

The recommended technique by experts to build muscle mass is selecting your weights and regulating your sets and rest periods. You need to select the weight that is heavy enough for you to properly curl ~15 times at one go before feeling really fatigue that you can barely lift for the final time. This will be the ideal weight for you.. The tip here is to lift heavy..

Do only 3-5 sets of all the curl types on each side with 5-10 minutes rest time in between sets. Remember to not overdo it as this will cause injuries. When you feel that you are able to easily complete the routine, then add on weights gradually. Very importantly, rest adequately after each session as the resting period is the period where your muscles recover and grow.

No rest=strained muscles=no muscle mass gain

Hahaha yeah eating raw egg is stupid. And the protein content won't even be enough for you to build muscles.
Cut down your daily routine, you are doing too much cardio, burning down body weight before you manage to gain. icon_rolleyes.gif

Wow, you're underweight!! BMI 14.3, that's crazy. You need a complete diet daily, with enough and adequate nutrition. Eggs give you the best protein naturally. So no harm taking eggs. Eat everything man.. you need to eat!

don't see anything wrong with raw eggs, with the exception of salmonella (I see him adding something here)

also, nothing wrong with blended chicken breast fillet (my trainer used to have them)
