^actually he meant age 15, at 55kg your daily exercise looks extremely taxing. majority of your exercises are more towards cardio training so you'd be burning off your body at a faster rate than you are bulking up. you seriously need to take a break IMO. ps i don't think any amount of food can support your daily activities, if that is really what you do everyday. no, but muscles need time to recover. you just need more rest, you don't have to delete them completely from your list. try doing it lesser than what you normally do. badminton, jogging and football every single day is just... too much... you need rest days, too.
