Is your extended warranty from SiS (SiS Privilege Member) or from MobiSure?

EDIT: 1 more question, to all of you who bought your Touch HD, does it come with SanDisk's 8GB MicroSDHC and not other brands (original standard package)?

SiS....since I filled in their Privillege Member application form.

From what I know MobiSure is an insurance scheme from AIG, and with your phone protected against theft, water, accidents, they'll attempt to fix/replace your phone FOC. But then you have to pay a monthly fee (From the brochures the general plan is RM33.50 monthly for HTC Touch HD, and general accidents + theft is RM 61.95/month) They are offering a free 1 month trail just now anyway.....

i've checked mine.. It was S2u2 v1.31. I tried it on 2 HTC which was mine (HD) and my fren (TP).. both resulted on ultimate battery consuming. I will try to search for the latest version as u suggested or use ur current version. I'll give the feedback later..

For the contact pics, what is actually the size? My pic seems to be distorted in the people menu....

is there any map+gps software that i can use on my HD? appreciate if TS can provide some info or links in front. thx.

* am hoping for good recommendations from users instead of relying on google

I have installed S2u2 v.1.37. That's the latest version.. and guess what. I found out that this guy offer another freeware called S2P (Slide to Play).. quite cool software where it has similar interface like cooliris.. For those who are interested, go to google and type S2 a_c .. You'll get to the official website..

For the S2 applications.. I tried installing using QVGA version but the layout was terrible. After picking the VGA version.. it seems ok on my HD..

u could try to search for Garmin Mobile XT (GMXT).. the latest version is 5.00.20w.. i can't post the direct link due to rules & regulations of this forum.. go to Garmin.com and download the basemap and support files.. then go to malsingmaps to download the latest maps..

Huhu.. i went on for travel this whole Sunday from Putrajaya till Negeri Sembilan.. Just to test and compare between Mapking and Garmin.. I have to admit that Mapking is better.. As to my preference...

Hi all, just installed latest Opera 9.5 b2 on HD. Installation was successful but upon click on the Opera shortcut in programs, my HD just hanged (no response whaosoever) and I have to do a soft reset using the red button under the cover....><

Anyway I've also decided to do a hard reset (becoz too many extra stuff installed by pda expert @@) by using "Clear Storage" function, so now my HD is clean and I'm ready to explore again ^^

1. However I noticed that the "slide to unlock" thing has gone for good, can anyone pls tell me how can I revive it?

2. And I've seen spb mobile shell all over other (winmo) forums, and I tried installed latest 2.1.2, I can't seem to find how it works? (forgive my noobness, hehe), is it a theme engine for HD, and while I followed instruction to install a windows 7 theme (by copy all the *.dat over to spb mobile shell folder overwritting existing files..bla bla). Then i did a restart but after that I can't get "spb menu" to response. just click on the shortcut and nothing happens @.@

Pls help....and by the way I'm looking for a rmvb codec/plugin if any one of u knows of one?
