Do you guys encountered that the screen cannot changed to landscape mode when tf3d is turned on? I mean whenever u try changing to landscape mode, everything will be minimized and the screen just goes back to the home tf3d screen...
quite frustrated as i've been using gyrator or the changescreen apps to switch to landscape for IE and messaging, all just minimized whenever i switch to landscape mode.. sigh.. |

hello
yesterday i have chance to fully try out my GPS function on my new HD This is my findings... I have expirient using Mapking R12 with my Tytn2 and it is much faster in the term of rerouting if u miss any turn, the accuracy is much better but the graphic is quite "cartoon"... anyway it is quite simple to use and straight forward.... With garmin mobile XT i found that, graphic is cool, many additional information such as speed limit, traffic light and ETA....time... but it is not that easy to handle in term of finding your destination, etc... it is slow responding and this can cause u miss some turn since u been passing that turn about 5-10 meters then only in the graphic u will reach there... the speed indicator also slow 10 Kmph...then my speedo meter anyway i'm not really sure this is due to the sofware or the GPS chip... since i'm comparing my expirient with 2 different device that running with 2 different sofware anyway i will try to run my HD with mapking and look the different.... |

QUOTE Intern GPS Receiver FIX On some Navigationsoftware (eg. TomTom + Navigon) GPS Chip doesn't work correct. The Software lost the signal every second (singnal - hopping / no sattelites). To fix this, you can change following (Tested with TomTom 7_450: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/GPSIntermediateDriver/Drivers/GPSOneDevice/PollInterval = 3000 (original 1000) |

QUOTE(tech_searcher @ Jan 18 2009, 11:32 AM) Hmm... I thought that the "Hot fix for improving the on-screen slider feature for answering calls " was removed from the website due to the bug?Is the one downloadable from the website now is the new version? or it still contains the bug? If I'm not mistaken, I remember that is was removed some time ago...wasn't it? |

I found out the problem... the HTC website has some errors.
When you choose "ALL", it only displays 2 of the items. But when you choose "HotFix", it displays all of them.. |

QUOTE(menghua84 @ Jan 19 2009, 01:27 AM) Yeah.. I know Just that when I go to the HTC website, when I selected "ALL" , the latest one (camera viewfinder) doesn't show up. And about the "Slide to Answer" thing, I thought that there is a bug, isn't it? Why did HTC still allow downloads for that hotfix? Anyone downloaded the "Camera Viewfinder" hotfix? If I'm not mistaken, it seems that once the hotfix is applied, you can't undo the action, unless you hard reset it, right? I personally thinks that this is not that good |

QUOTE(adyalisme @ Jan 17 2009, 08:22 AM) hi, just want to ask who use the sensorlock. i currently try to use the sensorlock, but when somebody call, i still can answer/reject the call using the aswer phone touch button that situated on the bottom left. i hate this because so many times i accidentally answer/reject the phone while the phone is inside my pocket. can somebody teach me how to avoid this or recommend any other good phone lock. |
