wow to me it's quite cheap. Mind if I ask which condo you are staying where you do not need to pay for the sticker and access card?

It's my third unit and When you said it's rm5 + rm30 it sounds pretty reasonable to me. The access card I'm paying now is RM50 for my condo and sticker is the same price RM5... another condo ain't that good.. cause every 6 months I need to pay rm5 again to change sticker...

Guys, mind if I ask.. what is the maintenance cost psft? Start calculating my new monthly expenses after adding this into my account.

I just got mine. 4 banks approved the value of 430k so far. pbb, rhb, ocbc and maybank.. not too sure which valuer though. Now trying to get a better rate.. Now too sure what is the current rate going on in the market. BLR -2.3% for borrowing 387k?

not bad. hope to see the same rate given by maybank then can sign the papers.

I see good buy I hope.. Myself and wifu too picky.. only want the one facing swimming pool cause afraid the factory side will be too noisy. Adding on the house is with a very ong number. hence.. owner satu cent also dorwan to discount. btw.. rm400k and rm410k all sold out chor when I meet the agent.. the units left with him for 1063 is only mine and the one on the 21st floor. RM390k is really a good buy imo. The place is quite nice for the price we are paying.

you want the agent which does the loan to all 9 banks? I pass my case to her as recommended by the agent.. Do let me know if you want her contact..
