I think not only u lost ur patience, most of the owner also having the same issue as u.

well, that's what the sales person told me when i went to Koi Kinrara side last time... hopefully they don't make it exclusive just for block D.

should be everyone. but as a owner for block D when many ppl going in and out from there..
security wise will be more loosen hopefully dun have break in cases.

that apply if all the residents can simply access the emergency stair case, access every level from the lift... let's hope our access card is work only on the level which we stay...

H, I'm also owner of Blok D. I just asked the office about 3 weeks ago. They said complete by June or July
Then apply CF need few months right?

The office staff word totally can't trust. Now they told this later another stories. Just because last time i brought it very good promotion price no choice have to wait only. But for sure i won't reference this developer to any!!!!

Honestly, I think the management should do something to compensate us for the delay. We are now paying almost full bank interest for nothing ! The longer the delay, the more we have to pay. Quite unfair to us.

I think this developer wouldn't give this kind of lift.. i also hope can is access card type.

The developer can deliver the house i happy already.

Hi I also one of the owner in Koi Kinrara Block D which face their problem from time to time,last time told me end of 2012,then change to Feb 2013, and last time i went to ask is July!!

I just visit the site but cannot find anyone to ask yet,who knows what is the lift brand they are using?Is it same as Koi tropika (DOVER) which owis break down??

can't compare to 1tier brand lah.. but still better then China brand.

As I know, I never hear Dover was claimed a good lift, whenever heard lift issues from any apartment, they always mentioned Dover brand. Well, maybe Koi Kinrara is better model ...

Just curious what is the S&P date for Block D owners, heard u all complaint since long, means LAD?
