Will the developer handover Block C first? I saw Block D still not plaint at all...

CF will be together, However block C will hand over first...
Based on my conversion with the developer previously.


Mine is block D so regret dunno why i choose Block D... i still got plenty for choice that time..

What make difference? without CF can't move in.. I guess the developer just issue VP for Block C to prevent being claim LAD!!!

They no need to pay LAD after hand over the key.

block D is a good buy anyway. i like the sky garden... but too bad other block's resident cant use that =\

When can Block D getting CF?

Block D kind of worry about the noise from the factory.
Dunno how noisy it could turn out.

The Sky Garden is only for Penthouse owner or open to all resident in the specific block?

if i'm not wrong, yes, only block D and it is for only block D's resident as what the sales person told me last time. during the time we purchase, they don't have the plan for sky garden yet. after a year, they informed that they going to remove the water tank and put it else where and built sky garden cause of some Dato bought there and request so...

that's what i heard from the sales person 2 years back. not sure they had changed or not.

As what i understand previously from SA is everybody can go up.
Nothing especially for Block D resident.

unless Block D paying more maintenance fee!!! BTW, when can we get key?? i have lose patient to this Con developer already
