Hope that this new development will push up Koi Kinrara's value.

There are still pockets of land in Bandar Puchong Jaya vicinity bounded by LDP and Jalan Puchong and I foresee more new developments will take place.
Hope there will be some commercial development as all the 'happening areas' are in the other side of Bandar Puchong Jaya near IOI Mall area and further down.

Progress slow down..

the structure almost complete, so slow down is reasonable ,niw they should expedise the interior part. if interior not far behind the structure, should be ok.
