Hi there, just would like to ask and confirm these things from any Koi Kinrara resident(s):
Is Koi Kinrara a serviced apartment? I mean, are the electric and water bills more expensive? and what's the maintenance fee rate actually, 0.15 or 0.20psf? thanks a lot in advance!! |

Koi Kinrara is call service apartment but the developer had apply individual water & electri bill for each unit. so rate should follow resident rate and water Selangor government have provide free 20mt water..
