For those Kok kinrara purchaser, you will regret later, 10 block of condo share 1 narrow exit. You need to spend 1hour to reach LDP every morning. I experinced it every morning now

actually interior is follow the structure up also, it won't behind too much, when structure finish, interior usually behind around 3-4 floor only, so interior is not the issue, after complete structure, the balance work more to infra structure, road and sewerage, external plaster and painting. but phase 1 already done the road and sewerage, infra struture also left phase 2 area, surrounding already done( road and fencing) so actually not much work balance.

hi dude, u should understand which popular area would not jam. if u regret then just just sell it n move to somewhere far, quiet n traffic no jam area. i think this might suit u.
