beli landed property dekaty bandar botanic, kemuning utama, bandar Bbukit Raja , alam impian.. at around RM500k - RM600k lagi best.. ini condo banyak limitation... lagipun nanti 5 tahun lepas building maintenance mesti koyak dan building nampak macam tua keropok.. brows.gif brows.gif

As you are saying, 500k to 600k... no everyone can afford... moreover, getting into city from this areas is abit far.... not as easy as "Landed always the Best"

Wonder how much can be sell after completed for the Block C & D . Anyone can estimate the price once completed ? Since Villamas is going to launch Zefer Hill nearby with very high price.. biggrin.gif

Yep.if the condo price nearly RM550-600k i would definitely top up a bit amd go for landed, which i did....viewed Aseana and way overpriced, even te agent warned me prepare to be shocked as cant get valauation

Not quite agreed. It depends what one likes & needs. Outlook/maintenance of condo/apt depends very much on condo management. I bought my 1st condo/apt way back in 2004 & till now, the condo looks clean & maintains well (VP since 2007).

saw the atmosfera condo in the picture...the design looks so outdated...with those triangle shapre rooftop....koi kinrara design looks much modern......i am nt buyer for both projects....just pass by...hehe
