Just difference of 4 floors, by end of 2012 both blocks will be completed.

Block C & D is part of Phase 2 so handover is both at the same time just like Phase 1 (Block A & B)

this are the few reasons given by the management for the slow progress of Block D:-

1) Delay in arrival of purchased raw materials
2) Foundation work and frame structure is more complex because of the sky garden weight balance requirements
3) Unsold 18 units (1,405sf)

3) 18 units just 3.6% unsold only, that should be very good already. they sure gain money if left only 18 units.
