As you are saying, 500k to 600k... no everyone can afford... moreover, getting into city from this areas is abit far.... not as easy as "Landed always the Best"

SW 320psf is initial launch price but Zest 246psf is subsequent new phase price.. hmm.gif

if use initial launch price, Zest is around 200psf...

Looking back at her assumption and compare with what happen today, i just lolzz... laugh.gif
