for the owners here, pls get wireman to check ur db box... make sure all the wires are screwed in and not just cucuk into the fuse without screwing to lock it...

Can tell me the how much is the bank valuation?
My friend interested to buy one unit here, but only manage to pay 10% of the downpayment + lawyer fee (around 10k)

So if bank value is 350 psf, and seller selling 4xx psf, need to fork out extra 50k++, he won't be able to buy a unit here.
So if bank value on par with the selling price, then its a go.

Yah... RM400k not a problem. If the unit at higher floor and in Block C, can even request for higher than RM400k.

My agent told me that he sold a unit 1072sqf at RM405k 2 weeks ago.
I think you can easily get a unit at lower bank value from any agent. Just give a call to them.
