is this KOI easy to rent out ? did any owner facing any issue after move in ? planning to buy my 1st house ... i saw cemetery right opposite d river ... wont be a problem to me but my dad .... how about d factory right beside d KOI?

Just check with HLB valuator through their bank agent, KK block D 1063sqft is valued at RM300,000. So which mean is RM282.00 per sqft. People keep saying price is at RM350 to RM400 per sqft. What do u think, speculation just to sell high or that bank valuator have something to say?

RM390 psf sure no problem. Real case... And the loan is approved. |
