Celcom is slow not only in connection speed but also in returning back my DEPOSIT. It's been already 4 months I cut my line and yet, I still haven't receive my deposit. And those ppl at "CarelessLine" are giving me different answer in several different calls. One said I could get it back after 3 months, one said 4 months and finally, it became 6 months when I called them today.
I'm kinda pissed off right now. I can understand their situation but shouldn't there be an exact amount of time to get a line permanently terminated ? Some more, when they take the deposit from me, I had to pay it on the spot and now, there are so many delays going on and on. Let say what if I have to return to my country during this time and never come back ? It was my BIG mistake that I didn't ask my local friends to subscribe the line by that time. Think TWICE before you hand in your deposit or else join the same boat as me. This post has been edited by rapster88: Jan 9 2009, 01:06 AM |

Touch wood.
During November, Celcom had problem with my line because it mistakenly allocated the wrong bandwidth to me. All this while I had no problem with Celcom besides the wrong bandwidth allocation. Added on January 9, 2009, 3:58 amOh ya, I can load speedtest though. Still on the new IP address, these two days cannot get .34 but luckily everything is still smooth.
