Little OT here:

Jazzy are felling being 'fired' or 'burned' when commenting to the new thread regarding latest AV show....????

Depends on what mod you do on it.
You can start reading from page 1, lots of feedback and mod from members.

After read most of the page, emm I am quite confidence it could sound better than my NAD.
But how durable is another big question loh. NAD can last decades.

Only time will tell how long the T-Amp will last.
Since there's not much components onboard and the chip runs cool, I guess it will be around for quite some time! tongue.gif
Better than the NAD or not, it's personal and I used to own the infamous 3020. The T-Amp for sure has it's strength! thumbup.gif

I tried SMPS and a bridge rectified trans, 2nd option wins by miles even it is just 45VA as compare to 2A out from SMPS.
Provide it as much power you can but don't goes over 14.5v.

I'm using sth like ur 2nd option. Not sure the rating might be 30VA above.

For operating condition, max supply is 13.2V (I'm using this setting) while abs. max is 16V

Normally ppl go for 12V to play on safe side.

Jazzy always SMPS supporter for T-amp smile.gif

Maybe we should have a T-amp TT again

I think Aego M is a powered speaker system, as such you can't use T-Amp with it.

wui, the higher the better but anything more than 60VA is way overboard for the T-Amp! That's 5A at 12V.
yes, it's always MeanWell's SMPS for me!

Maybe we should have another session! wink.gif
