huakenny I have heard of /seen senior members involved in bad deals.

I'm just helping build a case against this guy as I know in my heart he's
not being honest but that's my opinion from trying to deal with him myself.

2 people now complain about him about same thing....paypal funds reversed.

I may be a junior/newbie but I surely know what I'm talking about when

THE DEAL IS U GIVE ME PAYPAL FUND & I GIVE U THE MONEY.
This problem is NOT included in the deal.
Basically it just voids the deal.
Which means, I return the fund (which paypal will reverse) & u refund my money in cash Ringgit Malaysia (which u promised yesterday RM500 first)

If u want to meet in court, no problem.
I don't know how much money u got from conning people, but I doubt u can find a better lawyer than mine.
My family especially my father is not a stranger in court.

I've experience once before...bought funds from a seller here and paypal suddenly got held and fund reversed back to seller. But I was lucky my seller was really helpful and guide me on what should be done. I gave the required info asked by paypal and contacted them to quicken their investigation process....soon if a couple of days they let go of my account clean. I just want to confirm that we did sell something (goods or services) since we (the buyer) received payment (from seller). Don't know if I'm making sense here. Anyway...in this case it would really help if THIS seller be more responsible and try to solve the problems on his side and paypal and at the same time not abandon his buyers whose funds got reversed/ held back. Making excuses like saying the account isn't yours and not able to provide the necessary identifications will make you look like a conman in anyone's eyes (which I do hope isn't the case)

caerulln: You don't need to provide a screenshot of your paypal a/c. I also don't know why seller insisted you do so. Did you contact paypal yourself?

If u are not, how will u prove yourself?
If i'm satisfied, I will definitely give time for u to refund the money.
I can understand that the fund is being held for the time being & U used up the money already.
I'm a reasonable guy when people are reasonable with me.

Yup...caerulln is right since he is the one receiving the payment from ronssel. Paypal recognize ronssel as buyer because he paid to caerulln. Paypal recognize caerulln as seller because he received the funds from ronssel.

If u genuinely not trying to rip me of my money but maybe desperate or something, let me know.
We can work things out.
I know some people are in desperate needs of money they had to do anything to get it.
I know someone desperate for money holding a bulk order, took the money. In the end he said, supplier conned him. In reality he actually kinda "borrow" the money without they knowing. He did refund fully although rather late. Better late than never.
I don't know about u, but some thief had to steal just to merely keeping themselves alive.
I will help people like these. Let me know. I get u to do some job or something. No need to steal.
If i were given 2 choices: steal my money or give some job to do, I'll let u wash my car.

I'm just looking for ways to solve this peacefully.
I hate it when things get messy.
I don't want to go to jail.
