its kinda hard to verify someone even tho got ic.
i wanted to get from a guy. asked for his ic. name belongs to a guy.when give me the IC. ( worked as tmnet seller before) so i can check how to see if a girl or guy so that we can greet customer..and so happen gave me a girl's IC.

bro its sad to see people get conned like this all the time.
i myself am a victim of fraud. twice.
once involving rm300 for amps here at LYN and another for rm1100 at ZTH for a phone.
my advice is. if the deal is too good to be true, it probably is.
we get conned cos of our greed. i dont even trust tradelists anymore cos d guy who conned me had a tradelist of 50k sold!
My advice is, ALWAYS COD.
if u r desperate for the item, God willing, get off yr ass and travel. even if it means driving 6 hrs from ipoh to jb.

mostly in my experienced ive got conned alot of time in paypal coz they reported unauthorized claim
and mostly that paypal will resend back the payment to them
so...paypal always put buyer into the first priority -.- i hate paypal

Isn't it supposed to be seller? =s since buyer in this case is claimed as someone that wants to steal the money away -.-

I guess this is the new trick for fake paypal sellers to make money.

First the deal goes fine, everyone happy.
Then the payment get reversed, when buyer ask refund the seller comes out with his stupid lame excuses as usual.
Next the seller gives lame excuses that he lost so much money.. bla bla bla
Finally the seller offer a stupid deal to refund lower then the ammount paid to him.
Its obvious the buyer will agree, so he wont loose all the money.

I was a victim from one of the sellers here. Just my point of view
