from the gi list, instant noodle has a low GI value. The problem with it is the flavouring. so how is your weight now ?

you may have your dirty meal on weekend, a small amount for sure, eat something that you like to award yourself you did well for a week.

and tell your friend, your bf about your goals, if they were really nice to you, they wont bring you to such place... tongue.gif

the most common result for those people on diet
1. eat clean earlier, but sometime cant resist, take junk food. - slow progress
2. eat clean and know what he/she doing, and award himself a good meal- nice progress
3. trying the best efford to eat clean, but end up cant resist and give up- grow much much more fatter!!

2 servings of veggie (long beans)

Dinner

1 bowl of ipoh noodle soup (plain)
1 glass of lime juice

for lunch,.... y not 3 small piece or 2 big piece of chicken without the rice. That will be awesome... but i m having 2 plates of chicken breast and 1 nasi just now sad.gif eatting out is jus so .."inconvenient".

the cafe cooked it in soy sauce... hihihi... dis is not the masin type... since the cooking taste not dat masin... thanx for the encouragement tennis4life.... flex.gif

*I'm having my Annual Bowling Club dinner tonite at Armada Hotel... It's strange but I only ate 1 plate without any add-ons... maybe because of me wearing a corset... huhuhu sweat.gif

1 sausage (steamed)

today did not go to FF... since it's raya time, my family and i went to our relatives houses... sweat.gif
