For iTrade, does the credit limit takes into account of ALL the shares value that is being held in the iTrade account?

QUOTE(Remng @ Mar 18 2011, 11:28 AM) Yes it is. However, depends on the shares you held in the account, some shares like warrants, PN17, 4 etc counter will not give you any value for credit limit Question 1:txs For example, so does shares like DIALOG / KFIMA covered? They are not KLCI 30, not PN17, warrants, etc... Question 2: Is the credit limit (for owned shares) processed automatically by your back-end system or requires human intervention (people to review or requires the owner to inform the dealer to increase the credit limit base on those shares) ? |

It's so bad its beyond annoying for the Java version today.
Error 500, Error 502, blank screen, session timeout... Forced forwarding to "secure" even though I want to use "secure1/2/3". If everyone end up logging into a single server, I am not surprised it can't handle the traffic. Unless you are just viewing and do nothing, that's fine. Anything else, session timeout... |

QUOTE(BboyDora @ Jul 9 2011, 03:33 PM) Ohh.... that's mean the 23 order for 15,403 lots to be clear before my turn to buy at RM 0.175. Colour just means 1 thing, the buy/sell price compared to the closing price (of the PREVIOUS day)1. If I queue to buy at RM 0.170. I have to wait after all the 23 buy order (RM 0.175) to be clear and then wait for another 15 buy order at (RM 0.170) ? or straight away wait for 15 buy orders at RM 0.170 2. Back to row 1, if my buy order is 50 lots, so the chart will update into "24 buy orders, 15,403+ 50 lots = 15, 453 lots"? 3 For "sell" part, yellow mean current price right? sorry coz b4 this I using remisier...everything she kaw tim for me (spoon feed too much make me noob) Red - The price is below closing price Yellow - The price is closing price Green - The price is above closing price |

Few difference between Maybank and iTrade that makes me prefer iTrade.
1. GTD Orders 2. Q orders after 5 instead of 6 ( Maybank ). 3. Java and iPad, iPhone and android version. What makes Maybank better 1. Company news & announcements. Nice compilation instead of everything go to Bursa website. |

QUOTE(noswear @ Sep 27 2011, 09:38 AM) no woh...tats was b4 i key in buy queue... I don't have this problem other than the hard ceiling limit of 100k.cause i wanted to key in several buy queue ahahahah...but tak cukup limit la yesterday....i thought wan sai lang.... btw, i thought since they combine all trading platform by cimb ie klci and overseas market...i saw a trememdous increased in limit....this was effective august... but right...i can really exploit the full usage of the credit limit show... for example... my credit limit is 30K... i should be able to buy quee for 30k worth of stocks rite?? but i only able to buy quee at less than RM10K worth of shares.... do u have similar problem?? That 100k limit can be lifted with a call to the dealer though. |

QUOTE(monsta2011 @ Sep 27 2011, 05:16 PM) I notice my minimum transaction fee is RM29 as well and was just wondering if just a phone call to my dealer will reduce it to RM 12 per trade? Yea call your dealer. Email him/her. Make use of them When u trade a lot, u can get some discount on brokerage fee as well. If you're cimb preferred customer, got discount too (just put 250k into your savings account This post has been edited by simonc: Sep 27 2011, 08:39 PM |

QUOTE(yok70 @ Mar 6 2012, 09:04 PM) Where to get the withdrawal form? Can fill up online? Or must go cimb bank to fill up the form? No need form. Just send an email.thanks!! Withdrawal can only be done to the same owner account (same name as CDS). Can transfer to other banks but charges apply (forgotten how much, very cheap only) |
