The mattress brand is spinal health, bottom is spring and seller claim the top layer is latex.

Wahh..so many variety. Only you can decide which one is suitable for your body. I think each mattresses you listed has its own merits and they are also of different materials. Those made of rubber is usually cooler than others.

Yes, talasilver is natural latex. Actually it's talalay latex blend with nano silver which suppose to kill germs.
