U still can find m-100 in the market, still have plenty of stock o.
My recommandation will be M-100 over Moray because the difference ain't big but the price is different from RM20 to 30.

I've just replaced my Lachesis at Ban Leong, previous unit developed erratic blinking light right after I updated its firmware to the latest version.

Sent an email to Razer Support about it, and they replied within one day with list of trouble shoot/workaround, none of which fixed the problem. Having replied to that email, they asked me to get it replaced by the retailer/distributor.

Service by Razer was top-notch, as usual. Replied all my emails within one day.

So I came by to Ban Leong's office just now and got it swapped with a new one. Service was quite slow, had to wait for quite a while, but whatever, I got a new mouse.

I've just sent another email to Razer Support to ask if I should re-register the new mouse, and should I update the firmware again.

Overall I was quite pleased with the whole thing. Good job Razer/Ban Leong.

Depends really. For me I had a printed email from Razer Support distinctly saying that I should get my Lachesis replaced/exchanged by the local distributor. So they did a One to One swap instead of the usual RMA.

Previously when my Copperhead had a double clicking issue they asked me to do RMA, which would have taken a couple of months. I refused to do that, went and bought a new Lachesis instead. But somehow the Copperhead started working properly again after that, LOL.
