well, for the ram, if no mistaken there will be such option:
200 : HTT x1
266 : HTT x1.33
333 : HTT x1.67
400 : HTT x2
533 : HTT x2.67

p/s: we call the FSB as HTT, where HTlink is diff with HTT, hope u understand it

Actually I did try mess with the RAM options, I did mention it in the prev post. the only thing it changes is the RAM divisor

If I set to 400, FSB/RAM Ratio is 1:2, If I set to 333, it would be 3:5.

NB multi however, is fixed at x9 no matter what I do, and after reading a lot, it seems not many mobo's have that, even though they're enthusiast boards.

js folo wat i write for the ram, its rite there, 1:2 mean HTT 200: DRAM 400, where ur totaly ram speed = DRAMx2= 800MHz
for the acount it seem got prob too.. i still cnt get register but i got the moderator msn addrs.. js nw chat with him awhile, thn i go lunch, now he hvn on9

So far bus at 222, proc at 24xxMhz
If proc is the limitation, I probably can bump up to 250 FSB, lower multiplier for 1000Mhz++ DDR speeds

Cannot overclock processor, overclock ram loh.. ha ha

2442MHz(222x11) rite?? thats y i ask u to try step by step, u may try out:
1. max HTT(FSB) can Boost
2. max NB freq that coz unstable
3. max HTlink
4. max ram clock
5. max cpu clcok

1/2/3 is test for mobo stable test.. by try these out, u will saw which 1 is the actual prob that hold ur OC down..
but now u still cnt tune NB freq, mostly is NB that hold u for now..
oc ram will not get much performance compare to cpu.. u can chat to neil aft this, mayb he can help u, watever prob that u face with JW board oso can bring up to him..

every upgrade is depend on ur budget.......phenomII will a bit high price when 1st coming in malaysia market (fresh thing always like da)
u can buy a AM2+ mobo 1st with x2 athlon or x3 x4 phenom while waiting for phenom II (phenom II hv soket for AM2+ and AM3 )
mobo chipset better go for ati and gc also ati 3870 or 4850 is good enuf

I have the prediction that CoolIT TEC cooling is going to help Phenom II overclocks.


I'll wait for the experts before I grab an Eliminator or Pure, tho.

eliminator & pure cant handle X4 chips

even pure cant handle high oc for X2 <--Eliminator for X2

ive used it once last time

if wanna do on X4 go for freezone , freezone elite or boreas system

how ur trip 2day to LYP, got any new thing to ply huh??

My ax78 just died yesterday night . Dont know what causing it..The led mobo fuctioning but i cant press the power off or reset button . It just simply hang and cant load into BIOS even i several time clear Cmos and pull out the battery.

Here come my new mobo.. But i still lost in BIOS

Now no OC yet. Still get to study the BIOS more for OC..

However, doesn't the Eliminator have the same power as the Freezone ori?
So Freezone Elite, hopefully someone does some tests with it.
