yeah , the big one is 2 times bigger than the small one , the big guy is blocking us from grabbing the small one , but we forcefully separated them , i havent check their gender , cause one is too afraid , the other is my sisters one , and she doesnt want me to touch it .
Pls do explain to your sister abt the serious of this problem because if both of the gps cant stay along with each other, they will fight untill either one die...and i think the higher chances that the newbie will lose as he/she is still feel scared and pressure to the new environment.
If the newbie is female, whereby your current gp is male. They will breed very very fast. As you mention the newbie is very very small size now, if is SHE, she might no mature to breed yet(under 4 mths is consider not mature to breed yet) and the male might chase her because he is on heat and it might cause something happen worst.
Since now you havent take the newbie to have a check yet, and usually commercial pet shop do not provide a good care to gps. There are higher chances that the newbie is having mites or lice now and if you put them together....you big guy will be transmited too. Diseases will also transmited between both of them.
Pls at least go thru the Quarantine period and check the newbie gender 1st. This 2 steps are very important.
Since you have separated them, let them newbie settle down to the new environment instead of moving her/him to much now then only you and your sister bond and introduce them.
