yup aik bee has been with inp for a long time. a friend bought a house on the left side before the roundabout, what is it? ilmia? his house, water came out from electrical trunking. who was the developer?

so far, iltizam III is the worst yet. what's going on?

each unit has its own T&C result. i think if u also ask inp for the result, it'll put more pressure on them.

ok i got a response from inp. but no T&C results. anybody from M&E industry can lend some input? i have a few questions regarding CCC.

if u guys know any iltizam III owners, please let me know. i'd like to know their contact number so i can reach them. planning something.

i've been to 12 houses. 7 have tested their bathrooms, 5 not yet. out of those 7, 5 waterproofing/piping failed miserably, 2 minor piping leak.

n guess what, a couple went to check their house with halim the inp guy. first thing they saw when they went in was water pooling on their living room floor. plaster ceiling was wrecked. n the inp guy told them, theirs was the only major one. other units, all okay.

their bathroom side leaked as well. there was even moss growth on the plaster ceiling. and the living room damage, was caused by water from their neighbour's bathroom. either waterproofing or internal piping failure, i dunno. but it seeped thru the party wall.

isolated case my ass

i think it's time to take this matter up to higher level.

Anybody knows the name of Iltizam project manager?

received a letter from inp informing repair works have been completed. letter dated 15/4/14. but the letter was sent out on 30/4/14. i received it in my mailbox on 3/5/14

it says bla bla bla repair completed bla bla bla. and it also says that if i don't respond within 2 weeks from the date of the letter, they shall consider that i've agreed and accepted all the repairs been done.

oh btw, i went to look at my house yesterday. there were some defects still not repaired. the plaster ceiling where they cut to repair the piping, was not repaired and touched up properly. hollow tiles which i've marked with masking tapes, they just removed the tapes and did no effort to repair it. saw a new crack in the wall.

saw a unit with its front decorated with fluorescent orange stickers

iltizam 4 got 1st floor balcony with sliding door, laundry area with half grille/wall. ayam jelly.

eh really? i really thought that's a door. rupa2nya huge window je... but still ayam jelly @ laundry area. no need to renovate.

finally, repair job has completed. now it's time to furnish the house.

can somebody recommend me contact persons to install outdoor water filter + water tank washing

yes for the major ones. the cosmetic ones, a little bit not satisfied. but i understand it's very hard to achieve perfection, especially the plaster ceiling once they've cut and patched it back again. so i just let it go je la.
