the defects are back!

recurring cracks at the same areas. and some other new cracks. water pump not giving any pressure. malfunctioning sanitary piping. splits/gaps in the wooden flooring.

and another thing, i found a number of concrete nails under my porch last friday. a week before, when i left there weren't any. repairs were completed a few weeks back already. and i've locked my gates. and there was one crack, cincai repaired. but i never reported it, never saw it.

could the workers climbed over the fence? and why did they do that? i didn't submit any complaints for them to repair

what annoys me is that it affects my schedule. kitchen cabinet gonna come in in 3 weeks. what if they can't finish the repairs before that? another neighbour lagi susah. lightings, some furniture, kitchen cabinet, grille all already installed. now suddenly he found long cracks in the walls. one of the crack even caused one of the glass window to crack. and some of the structural cracks have been repaird 5 times!

nope. but my friend just bought some. he said, quieter than york. very quiet

saturday, my autogate mounting tercabut oredi... due to defective roller/track, the autogate got stuck and mounting came off from the wall

nope they didn't. the contractor who installed the track/roller is based in seremban. they refuse to come for only 1 repair job. they wanna wait maybe at least 2 houses.

it's been 2 weeks since i lodged the complaint. during the 2 weeks, i only used 1 side (the okay one). but last saturday i had to open both because grille contractor wanna come in to unload their stuff. and the rest is history.

the structure where the TNB meter, mail box and autogate is mounted on, is a frickin' joke. i watched a plumber drilled holes there, and the wall where the the drill bit came through, pecah just like that. full of sand.

today, was notified that repair works have been completed. i was asked to come for a joint inspection tomorrow. tomorrow bz, so i said i'd check everything myself on my way home after work.

was frustrated to find half the repairs not completed.

one of the repair work that really really pissed me off, was cracks in the party wall. instead of proper repair, it looks as if a layer of paint has been applied. damn...
