for me Samsung one is the best keyboard for Omnia..
i tried many keyboard b4;

SPB Mobile Shell - portrait keyboard not big enough..but many people vote for this
Vito Zoomboard - portrait keyboard not big enough
PocketCM keyboard - dunno why i can't change to big mode..
resco keyboard - nice keyboard (iphone style) but sometimes not so responsive
HTC Diamond keyboard - better than Samsung..faster in typing and quite accurate..but have problem on uninstallation..need to hard reset..
TouchPal - i think my installer got problem..always error during installation..smile.gif

I concur with your findings. Samsung can do landscape not Touchpal.

Can someone post your Internet Widget setting?
My M2D Internet widget to launch Opera not working pulak.

In regedit it should read something like this

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila2D\Internet Widget\Customized\1]
"NoDescription"=dword:1

I need to see what got screwed where the Opera.Exe is associated with

@tercupee
Flashed to Turk v2. Few problems encountered like phone keep on rebooting (solved I think) and Automatic Connection Diagnose seems like doesn't save the settings (I disabled this and manually set the connection)

@people who are using Turk IA2 v2
Where is the shortcut file for Opera browser? Can't seem to find it.

im not facing the problem that u were saying,
have u done hard reset after flashing?
and for opera,
u need to go m2d settings, go to internet tab, under windows, look for opera9.exe,
set as default,
then u're good to go,
hope that helps...
thanks...

tercupee,
i believe DXIA1 also leaked rom but ppl just combine it with grandprix and make the exe file for easy upgrading.
by the way, did DXIA1 is a good rom to upgrade?
can we customise the widget under DXIA1 rom?

@tercupee
Does the hold CALL + CANCEL button method count as the hard reset you mentioned? Or I need to do a complete hard reset (together with the storage)? Thanks!

@stevenlee
DXIA2 leaked ROM needs to be flashed using GrandPrix

LG cannot fight la...
u can look at battery life for instance..
omnia is 1400mAH,LG renoir 1000mAH...so i suppose battery life will be short,more or less same as htc diamond 900mAH..
not to mention touch sensitivity n response...go play with one LG n u'll notice the difference!!
