is it for both prepaid n postpaid? how long is the transaction? (consider my postpaid bill already clear)..
*
if u switch at their outlet will normally takes one-two days, but online switch im not sure, they said within 5days to allow the simcard to reach your doorstep

actually u dont nit to clear your maxis bill, just that u dont overdue the payment more than a month. that is what DiGi ppl told me. in between switching from maxis to digi,u still can use your maxis services til your simcard is terminate. than maxis will issue u the bill up to that particular date ,

You MUST clear your outstanding bill. Having said so, you have the option to whether to clear the unbilled amount with the previous telco or wait till you get you final bill. You can't proceed to switch to other telco if they found out you still have outstanding with your previous telco provider smile.gif

ohmy.gif but my friend switch from maxis to digi without clear his outstanding bill, and the digi dealer at the roadshow said it is find??

how come? what bout his maxis' bill?
*

[/quote]
the maxis bill will count up to the date u switch. mean in that month u will received two bill. let say u switch on 15th, so 1st-15th maxis, 16th-30th digi. he sucessfully switch, so i think that is not a problem

Yea, 24 months is the drawback.
RM 100 commitment fees = 24xRM 100 = RM 2400 sweat.gif
By 2 years later, the phone will be outdated already. sweat.gif
*
ya, but for those person who really use that much is a different story, they can just get a phone for 0.99sen

but for average users, no way

*

let me guess, he change to digi because of ur 'seduction'  tongue.gif  hehe. if u ask me, u can sell to other celcom user. try sell the airtime to ur friend & garage sale.
*
he is not happy with celcom prepaid call rate too, which is 1.20/min to outstation off-net and 2.30 to sabah sarawak, am i right??

celcom also got credit transfer service?? let me check on their un-user friendly web site, see how much patient can i get laugh.gif

about a subline.. from prepaid to postpaid still need rm50 before line activation right? adn then monthly commitment will be rm30.. if i use dg 50 is it mean i must pay rm80 monthly? subline can make call to others number at 13sen rate sweat.gif  meh? or it just apply too principal line?
*
nope...u got the concept wrong. for u to switch from DiGi prepaid to DiGi postpaid, your DiGi prepaid account must have at least rm50 and above. but this money will be credited in your DiGi postpaid account after it has successfully to offset your 1st month DiGi postpaid bill. so, it is just like a deposit, u wont lose anything. subsequently, u'll be just paying rm30/month for your supp line if your usage is not more than rm30

Greetings.
Does anyone came across this new postpaid plan ? I still don't get it how the installment scheme works .. unsure.gif

DiGi Postpaid Phone Plan
*
means that is the only amount u need to pay to get these 3G handphone. if u go for higher commitment fee, the headset will be as cheap as 99sen. if for those heavy users which usage above rm150/month, is good to go for this plan coz can get subsidy for phone

ok.. the line 1 and line 2.. i am not so clear!.. y they wanted to do that? further more.. when i when up to some bukit... it like no signal at all!! OMG?
*
haha which bukit did u went?in penang? inpossible woh, most of my friends in penang said DiGi coverage is very good, everywhere covered, even bukit ferringgi or bukit bendera.

mayb that particular area is a blind spot where other telco also dont have coverage?? hmm.gif

So which means the value of the cellphone itself will be divided within 24 months interest free installment payment is it ?
2 years of contract. I'm wondering ..
*
ya some sort like, but for the plan which is P100,P150,P250, u got rm100,rm150,rm250 commitment fee per month for call, sms, mms,IDD usage. so fore ppl who use alot is worth it as u can get cheap phone.

the price listed on the page u displayed are the price of the phones u need to pay according to the plan u take

Hmm .. I see. I was thinking to take the P150 .. since my monthly commitment will always reach RM150. hmm.gif
Will there be any free calls to DiGi numbers after reaching the commitment fee .. unsure.gif
*
that is the down side, No. no free call/sms even u used over rm150. is all depends on your usage style, if u call digi number alot, than is not good. but if u use on IDD or off net call, than even u use over rm150 still no different

coz i tot of since i can't use even RM30 per month,y dun i pay RM20 per month for postpaid so tat my credit wun accumulate till i need to 'buy' those games and themes to waste some money laugh.gif
*
ya that might be the way, but u paying rm20 just for line rental too, better save to buy games haha.... but DG20 call rate is much cheaper than prepaid, only 20sen to all networks. u decide.
