digi agent, please tell Digi to slash their call rates to 10sen/min, and sms to 6 sen/sms, and their unlimited 3G internet to RM30/month.

Like this I will join digi..
*
the time will come!!

10sen/min call is offered on DG150, but DG50 still 13sen/min which is the lowest flat rate (with the commitment fee of RM50).

DiGi is not all about cheap pricing, but they also giving best customer experience and rewards that u'll never enjoy with other carriers.

My wife is having problem switching to Digi from Celcom. Previously she has a subline but cancelled it a couple of months back. A month ago tried to switch but rejected and given the reason because have a subline. So puzzling I thought already cancelled..when asked, Celcom said the subline is only 'temporarily cancelled'..after 3 months only permanently cancel..haizz. So have to make another trip to Celcom Centre and specifically request for permanent cancellation of the subline.

Tried again today, still got rejected..
*
i dont understand your case. u said your wife celcom which is a subline was cancelled a few months before. this mean that the line i terminated and she couldnt switch a terminate line into digi. during your switching at DiGi, make sure u inform all the sublines to the staffs or else it will just get cancel.

What a funny excuse.  If it is temporary terminated, does it means that you can recover that number to use?
*

My Comments : Hi, I'd like to ask regarding the pospaid services. I was hoping to subscribe to the DG50 plan as a principal as well as a supplementary line the 1Family line for my spouse. I read that there wil be free calls between the principal and supplementary. Is this true? Is there any limits to the hours of free calls between the principal and supplementary?

Digi Comments: With regards to your email, when you subsribe to DG50 plan calls between principal and supplementary line are free calls and vice versa. There are limits to the hours of conversation between principal and supplementary line. however you may refer to our website at http://www.digi.com.my/postpaid/digi_postp..._call_iheart.do for further infomationa and reference.
Anyone can help me clarify? I've actually went through the whole darn website ... and no there is no further information or reference ...  the fellah type oso got few mistakes ...  ... ... kla .. i oso have a few tongue.gif
*
there is no limit at all for call/sms/mms between main line and subline(s)

are u sure?? i got a new simcard too, the same size as your new simcard. but have a look, it is 128K simcard, which is for future 3G compatible, so when they launch 3G, u domt nit to go DiGi store to purposely change to 128K sim anymore

yes bro thnks...
so we must pay rm80 to DG50+1 family plan?
*
yup RM80/month for commitment fee on main line (DG50) + 1Family (subline).... and dont confuse between commitment fee with line rental ya. the RM80 commitment fee is use for your usage on call/sms/mms and most of DiGi services.

u can have subline (1Family) up to 6 lines

the best part of DiGi postpaid and subline is the lowest flat rate to any networks at 13sen/min

If DiGi is kind enough to give you extra 30% knowing your birthday is that day. laugh.gif
RM 300 will get extra RM 150 for birthday bonus= RM 450
30% extra = RM 90
Total = RM 540

And it seems like IDD calls are much cheaper on certain countries mobile line and most of the countries' fixed line compared to local calls.

Is there a catch or is it just that good?

Most IDD calls to fixed line(normal home phone line) is only RM0.18
*
was that rate on DiGi prepaid and DiGi postpaid all this wall....with no any code required...i have been using it to call UK for more than a year...cheapest among all
