1. If you change to SuperFnF, the call rates to non FnF is 36cents to any network.
2. 1-30seconds still 1 block. 1 block = 36/2 = 18cents. If you called for 40 seconds will be considered as 2 blocks = 36cents.

so that means, after my line got activated, it is the Digi prepaid I Like plan already? and i get one year long life activation right? because i made the switch?

Hai, I'm using CELCOM UOX 2 weeks ago after porting from HOTLINK. CELCOM coverage is excellent, I can get almost full bar in every corner in my house. Now the problem is that, I'm quite a heavy user esp with my family members. They are still using HOTLINK and waiting to port to other telco. While I maybe enjoying great rates of RM0.15 for call and RM0.06 to all network and unlimited validity until I reach 25 years old, the temptation of UNLIMITED CALL between SUP line of DG 50 package seems irresistable.

So I'm planning to switch to DG50. Just now, I testing around the coverage of DIGI by using my HAPPY SIM CARD. HAPPY is my secondary backup SIM, so seldom use. To my observation, DIGI line really sucks in my house. Most I can get is 2 bar. Normal is 1 bar - but must be at some specific location. Some place no bar at all!!    This is comparison to my current CELCOM which has constant full 4 bar in every corner in my house!!

I know I cant get the best of both world, i.e. BEST COVERAGE together with BEST RATES!   

The original intention of switching all my family member to Digi seems has to be replan again? or do I need to?

DIGI guys, any opinion on how to deal with my situation?

My area is at Bukit Mertajam, near ALMA area.

Using HAPPY, my call sometimes is cut-off when in the middle of conversation. Somehow quite frustrating cuz my RM0.99 which I intend to talk 45 minutes is gone after using around 10 minutes.

But since the unlimited call between SUP-Line of the DG50, I just think that maybe better cuz I don mind being cut off.

The only thing that worry me is that I may miss out some call when other ppl unable to reach me due to the occasional "EMERGENCY ONLY" coverage. I also found that the DIGI line outside my house is better than inside....

Just as I am 80% sure to port to digi... I had to know this... haiyya!!!

This means (in bold above) I can't subscribe to super FnF + super SMS + super long life all three  at once?

1. If I subscribed to super FnF, what would be my sms rates to numbers out of FnF list... digi and other telcos?

2. Will I get the RM0.10 sms rate to all other telcos (out of FnF)if I subscribe to super FnF?

3. If i subscribe to super SMS... there will be no FnF for me?

Please, anyone in the know... these infos will determine whether i port to digi or stay with hotlink...

yeah. lodge complain about weak coverage in your area. i am going to test the area in my place. hehe.. taman connaught cheras should be not problem at all because here got many 'potential' switchers.

Call rates never tempt me to jump (I use iTalk for most of my calls, exclusively). sms rates does...

It'll still reflect on ya unbilled amount, however it'll be deducted on ya next bill. Don't worry, if you noticed that the bill charged you for making calls between ya main/supp you can always dispute on this and they'll do the adjustment to be reflected on the following month's bill.

digi postpaid to all digi n other network charge for rm0.13 per minute. what bout FnF/supplementary line?

With the new package to retain numbers after switching mobile operators, can Digi users with non 016 or 014 prefix be listed as FnF???

But... but... my supp commitment is RM30 and I don't wanna go over this.  If they include all calls/SMS to my primary line which will be deducted later, then my balance is not accurate anymore, so how to estimate how much balance I still have?  As for the dispute, SMS phone numbers are not shown on the OCS itemised bill, only the 3-digit prefix, so I also don't know which are for primary and which are other people.

No, for postpaid you are given 6 FnF numbers to be added in.

Once the 6 slots are fully occupied, you are given 3 chances to amend them without any charges. On the 4th time, you'll be charged RM2 for amending.

monthly rm100? for how long? is it contract?

i didnt know that. digi still doesnt covered international roaming?

Bear in mind, commitment doesn't include the following
- International Roaming
- IDD calls
- GPRS usage
- TalkTime Transfer
- Certain special value added stuff.

Wanna ask, those charges like Mobile TV etc., are they separately charged or still fall under the commitment fee?  Meaning if balance still not up to commitment amount, can buy those stuff for fun.
