for note 2, does tat mean, if my unbilled amount exceed RM50, then i got to pay more than RM50 for the following month bill rite?

and then, how come the unbilled amount is the same for both the main n supp line? do i need to re-register myself for the OCS again? as i cant seem to log onto it, and i cant get to re-register as well? is the OCS registration down or?
*
ya if u use more than rm50, than u pay that exceeded amount.

the unbilled amount is the sum of all supp lines and principle line usage. u can get the usage of individual lines from unbilled transection after u login to OCS.

no....even your supp line unbilled amount will be the same

u switch from other telco or transfer from prepaid to postpaid??
u might try it after a few days

What is the rate for digi prepaid to call other telcos?
For example
Digi ---> celcom
Digi ----> Maxis
Does the location count?
Such as
Digi ( KL ) --> celcom ( sabah ) same price with Digi ( KL ) --> Celcom ( KL ) ?
*
there is no such thing as outstation call for DiGi plan

call to anywhere in malysia is 36sen/min to any networks (30sec blocks)

(9:53:56 am) -: hi there. i just want to confirm on something, is the Caller Ringtone monthly fee included in the DiGi postpaid commitment fee?
(9:54:29 am) DiGi CS: Yes it is. Caller Tunes monthly fees is included in the commitment fees.
(9:55:38 am) -: so the commitment fee can offset rm3/month for caller ringtone ? right?
(9:55:55 am) -: how about Data usage like GPRS or EDGE?
(9:56:21 am) DiGi CS: Yes correct. Same goes to Data usage such as GPRS and EDGE. It is included in the commitment fees as well.
(9:56:57 am) -: how about the unlimited data plan which is rm66/month?
(9:58:00 am) DiGi CS: No it is not.
(9:58:11 am) -: icic...

that is what i got from D'Chat biggrin.gif

Hmm .. glad to hear that. Here is one of my example situation :-
Currently I'm interested with the HTC Diamond Phone plan package .... how does it work ? .. Is it my installment scheme period last for 24 months for that particular phone ? Currently I'm using the DiGi 150. smile.gif
*
if u go for P150, u just paying RM1649 for that particular phone. if u are using credit card from Citibank, HSBC ,Maybank or Ambank u can go for 0% installment on RM1649; u can pay lump sum,but the price is RM1799 . on top of that u still need to pay rm150 commitment fee for the plan.

more details here https://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions..._bundle/plan.do

FYI, the plan for phone bundle is 15sen/min on calls, and there is no free call/sms to DiGi number after usage of RM150 in a particular month

Hmm .. I see. Thanks for sharing the tip .. smile.gif
Guess its more like a give and take plan to me .. in the end drawbacks are on the call tariffs and other benefits .. I rather buy the phone outside instead of this.
*
ya i got the same think of u too. if they got this phone bumdle on the existing postpaid plan which is DG150, im sure i will go for it as i use more than rm150 a month. but the plan is different, and no free call/sms after rm150

Yea. But unfortunately its not .. guess our dream just being wiped off .. sweat.gif
As for me, I'm going to settle with some supp.line registration next week to reduce the cost spending on calls and SMS .. Oh ya, mind I asked ..

Primary - Supp <-> Supp

Can the Supp.line under the Supp.line account will be waived as well for the call charges and SMS/MMS ? unsure.gif
How about the Primary calling the 2nd Supp. will it be FREE too ?
*
ya is all free, sup - sup, sup - primary, primary - sup.....everything is free call/sms/mms up to 6 sub line

Hi,

I have a few questions here:

1. Digi One Family Plan

Frm prin. to supp. its free unlimited?

2. I am a maxis postpaid user, how to transfer my number to digi while my gf number who is also a maxis postpaid user become my supp line of my digi number? Do I have to bring my both the sim card to digi center? Coz I am in penang while she is in malacca.

Appreciate the explanations given by u guys in advance. wink.gif
*
if u are the principle line holder than she is on the sup-line, than u need to be present too during her switching process, coz her current maxis postpaid acc will be transfer under your details than only can be combine to be your sub line

u dont nit to bring your simcard, just your IC is enought

New digi prepaid i like - Super FnF. Rates are just for calls? No special rate for sms? Is it true?

for the 4 number of other network, ya is just the call rate of 15sen/min, the sms rate is still the same, 10sen/sms. but your 11 numbers digi number , sms is 1sen/sms

So my number will still be 012-xxxx but the service is Digi right ? Wow man so now lately if I met some new friend and I have their number but its 012-xxx but its Digi service provider wow how weird is that haha yeah RM30 plus the tax only right ? No other charges like now I am using Maxis and sub with my dad I need to pay RM10 and the amount usage and Rm3 i forgot what that for haha and do Digi have online pay bill right ?
*
ya MNP ease up alot of work on contacting your friends about your new no....that is the whole idea

so, in the future, although your friends are usisng 012 doesnt mean they are on maxis anymore, they may switch to DiGi/celcom/umobile.....so is a smart choice for u to port to DiGi as they provide u lowest flat rate of call/sms/mms to any network.

your first month bill will include a rm10 stamp duty charge, after that u might got itemised statement fee which is rm3, but u can choose to cancel this service as u can view your statement online from OCS, and u will still receive a summaries bill charges by postage just that without the itemised section

rm3 should be the call waiting/call forward fee, coz maxis used to charge for those service but DiGi give it for free.

ya DiGi bill payment can be done online, but i recommend u to sign up for credit card auto payment with this payment method, u'll get rm5 rebate on monthly bill every month

i got some question here...
if i willing to change from Maxis To Digi...
can i switch like this?
i got 2 maxis main line and 7 principle line and 5 hotlink numbers.
whats max priciple line for digi?
1 main line to unlimit principle line?
only for postpaid...
thankyou...
*
i dont got u... 2 main lines and 7 principle lines?? actually main line= principle line

i dont know how many supp lines under your main line account, but for those ppl who port into DiGi postpaid, u can have 10 sublines under a principle/main line, and those hotlink numbers can b port into DiGi to join as supp line too. but before that, u must make sure that the acc details of those 5 hotlink number must be changed to the principle line holders detail than only switch from hotlink to DiGi postpaid.

Yeah! Its first time i heard of 10 sub line. Any link?
*
i asked D'Chat before, they said is only for those mainline which port in to DiGi which alllow 10sup line, the reason is, they want to make porting easier as maxis allow up to 10 sublines. if there is a maxis users who want to port to DiGi,they can directly transfer all their sublines to DiGi. for existing postpaid customers still 6 sublines and they will revise this issue soon

if i port to digi
can i swith to digi like
1main line+10 suppline=11 number
+
1main line+2suppline?
*
of cause u can, just make sure u change all those hotlink numbers acc details to the principle acc holder details first ,than u go to DiGi centre to do the porting, DiGi stuffs are more than happy to assist u
