i think if u top up now, ur vcalidity will not increase for the moment coz ur validity already quite long more...

A question about the free calls between principal and supplementary, is it subject to the credit limit?

nope....if the supp line is under the principal, u r able to make free call,sms,mms without any cost, it wont be appeared in the unbilled transection. so credit limit will only include all the calls which u make to other users

Call centre cant help you much because they are not really connected to personnel. If u meet physical person they have to resolve that problem face to face or u can get them to write u a letter to protect yourself.

i have a question...im using a supplementary line from my 'friend', now i want to break the bond and make my own main line...can i do that?without ic of the main line?

or can i go for number portability?

I very angry and they overcharge me all the time, sometimes i keep record and find out they charged me more than RM10 until I decided to call the customer service (I very frustrated already) and guess how much they refund me this time?! 5 CENTS!!!

I called the customer service for more than a million times (hyperbole..) until now I also lazy call and make less phone calls cause I very mad at them (Make me cannot contact my family T.T and charging me more than FnF) and even chatted with them online but they aren't doing any !#!@#$@#$#@!!!

Anyone know what should I do?

my friends all give up calling CS cause every time make phone call need to call them once and wasting time listening to the recorded call.

I very angry you know, I can't call my dad as long as I want especially when he lives so far away and get charged more than FnF

anyone know what should I do?

just wanna ask, is the 1plan still going on? i mean the plan that allows the call usage between principal and supplemenraty to be unlimited free and principal commitment fee is RM50 and supplementary commitment fee is RM30.

Is the plan still there?

I'm using Telco C and they said that starting Nov 1, no longer unlimited call between principal and supplementary. They change from 1+3 to 1+5 and that's really a rip-off.

I think they limit call to 40 hours, right?
SMS and MMS also been limited ar? sweat.gif
