But now I'm in uni and I'm not from west malaysia so I don't know where is the centre.. I planned to do so after I go back to my hometown next month T.T

Hopefully the digi centre in my hometown knows how to solve these problems
*
Call centre cant help you much because they are not really connected to personnel. If u meet physical person they have to resolve that problem face to face or u can get them to write u a letter to protect yourself.

yaya.. now maxis will be the last.. i think so.. it more expansive then celcom and u-mobile!!

what is MnP?
*
if u look ahead u ASSUME maxis is last. Honestly maxis & celcom own digi but just because digi gives more promotion everything about digi u like but digi base is weak. Imagine this if maxis & celcom decides to change it owns digi. Because infrastructure maintainance are expensive but plans and offer can change like overnight

base on services. my own meaning is ownage meaning.

Digi currently is ahead because of their promotions and freebie if other telco decides to give more people will change again.

He means Maxis and Celcom can win Digi if they decide to change.

Correct coverage all of them better than digi. 3G both have good coverage.
Promotion and services they cant beat DIGI

Yes, never deny that. If from rural areas better use other telcos.
Luckily I'm from not so rural areas. smile.gif
DiGi always comes out with innovative plans to capture its current and potential users. thumbup.gif

that what makes everyone including me a fan of DIGI. They actually give what consumer wants cheap & more rewards.

another ques... i registered for the postpaid few hours ago... around 4pm ++... and the digi staff said it'll be activated within 24 hours... i'm away far from my home and my old phone is not with me right now... very troublesome to always change the sim card to check if it's activated or not... so, can i roughly how long will digi take to activate it?
*
depends some within hrs some within days some never because it could have some trouble from your previous telco. Why dont you call DIGI direct and ask?

n my prepaid balance now is RM100++ .so,wat will happen to my credit balance remaining?
*
if u seldom use then should stay wit prepaid. If postpaid u need incur more cost.

Well, be patient.
It is such a good news to see DiGi will improve from EDGE to HSDPA, a huge improvement. Other telcos are taking gradual improvement, GPRS to 3G and lastly to HSDPA.

Last time maxis fella try to brainwash me saying FREE MODEM LIFETIME WARRANTY u just take it without paying but u will be charge monthly for about RM 130 a month for unlimited access. No matter what i say he keep concentrate on the FREE MODEM AND LIFE TIME WARRANTY i was like my problem is not free but stability of MAXIS BROADBAND AND COMPLAINS.
