What did you mean? Activation fees or data transfer charge rate?
If it is activation is free of charge.

yes. sorry for the ignorance. I really cant find the rate on Digi website, and with the slow streamyx connection, i really cant find it.

i can feel that DIGI is going to the postpaid future rather than the prepaid one. they still provide good services and promotion for the prepaid but what i see is that they hope that everyone going for the postpaid as now their postpaid rate is stronger than others

no doubt that its postpaid is very cheap. nevertheless, you cant expect someone with monthly usage less than RM15 opt for postpaid. prepaid is still the best choice for them.

digi user reporting in...used almost 5 years .

yes....prepaid for student is a better choice,if many call...then use digi rm50 that postpaid they call rates very low also

I want to complain about digi cause I'm very frustrated with them already

I'm UTM student and subscribed to the digi d'campus plan and at first I was charged for calling digi numbers after I made more than RM 1and so I called the customer service and they refunded all my money and say they will fix the problem ASAP (keep in mind this is in August)

And then, they've been charging me again and again until supposedly, I am enjoying free rate, but they charge me 36 cents per minute I complain complain complain until one day the technician phoned and called me "The d'campus rate supposedly to be enjoyed by those using it in the study area aka fac there but fac there sometimes I still get overcharged

Furthermore, the guys living opposite my block can get the d'campus rate and WHY CAN'T I?!!!!

I very angry and they overcharge me all the time, sometimes i keep record and find out they charged me more than RM10 until I decided to call the customer service (I very frustrated already) and guess how much they refund me this time?! 5 CENTS!!!

I called the customer service for more than a million times (hyperbole..) until now I also lazy call and make less phone calls cause I very mad at them (Make me cannot contact my family T.T and charging me more than FnF) and even chatted with them online but they aren't doing any !#!@#$@#$#@!!!

Anyone know what should I do?

my friends all give up calling CS cause every time make phone call need to call them once and wasting time listening to the recorded call.

First get the bill and go to their center and report if cant solve just report to MCMC. I thought everyone said DIGI da best?

Digi can be quite sucky when it comes to solving problems

hehe i heard alot people say digi the best in solving problem. Why dont u go direct to the centre and resolve this? Calling their careline only and do so much.

I already said u port to digi u get free 1 year validity.

U reload RM900 the validity also stays until 31.07.2009
