QUOTE(HoNeYdEwBoY @ Jan 14 2009, 08:09 PM) It is prepaid, it has its own reload card or can use DiGi reload card. The SIM card must be bought from its website using credit card. Anyway, I have made a set of Happy FAQ list here. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 13 2009, 11:53 AM) Enjoy talking until mouth gets tired. Until today I am still unable to register for OCS, who should I contact regarding this matter ? I need to monitor my account. It is because you are a new applicant, wait for another 2 days then you will be able to register for it. |

Well, usually new applicants need longer time. Nevertheless, you can call the customer careline. |

I tried 016-2211800 but I will need to press a certain number for different enquiries, I've listened to all and I'm not too sure which I should choose.

guys..I have questions..
I am using One Family Plan. Principle Line = RM50 Subline = RM30 If my subline only used rm 5 for that month, while I used rm75 for the same month(they told me my usage amount combined with my subline's usage amout), what is the amount I need to pay for that month? Is it rm80..or rm75+rm30? That is equal to rm105. I am pretty confused with this now as I have ported from maxis. I am sorry to say, Digi Cust Svc totally sucks big time. Coz I hv called them for 3 times, each of them give me not the same explanations. Means 3 people, 3 explanations. I am so confused so I think its better for me to ask u guys. Thanks in advance! |
