Happy is belongs to DiGi but it acts as an independent telco that only needs RM 0.99/45-minutes call.
Now you can switch from any network to Happy. smile.gif

It is prepaid, it has its own reload card or can use DiGi reload card. The SIM card must be bought from its website using credit card. Anyway, I have made a set of Happy FAQ list here. smile.gif

May i ask how come some people can offer rm100 reload for rm80. Not tt but actually 120 days ones. I mean it really spoil market ler. Some providfe RM100 for RM94 all year long. I dont even earn that much how can i fight with other people sad.gif

Doesn't need to follow strictly with the IVR.

Just try to get to their general inquires.

guys..I have questions..

I am using One Family Plan.

Principle Line = RM50

Subline = RM30

If my subline only used rm 5 for that month, while I used rm75 for the same month(they told me my usage amount combined with my subline's usage amout), what is the amount I need to pay for that month? Is it rm80..or rm75+rm30? That is equal to rm105. I am pretty confused with this now as I have ported from maxis. I am sorry to say, Digi Cust Svc totally sucks big time. Coz I hv called them for 3 times, each of them give me not the same explanations. Means 3 people, 3 explanations. I am so confused so I think its better for me to ask u guys. Thanks in advance!

You need to pay RM 75+RM 30 = RM 105
