PSP 3K cannot play pirated/homebrew. Not yet. Original Sony 8GB MSPD should about RM200+ I think. Better check the websites that shows you how to tell a fake MSPD from a real MSPD.

You can format your stick, restore default settings etc, and your custom firmware would still remain. Everything is stored in the flash of your psp, so no worries.

Planning to get a new PSP (fat) for some PSX games. Is RM880 reasonable for it? (Includes casing, headphones, 4GB memory) This post has been edited by Grif: Apr 15 2009, 01:01 AM

Apparently this shop has some PSP fat leftover. Old stock and all that. Just want to know what I'm getting into. Thanks for the comment.

QUOTE(apsidewatch @ Apr 14 2009, 07:04 PM) It's an exploit. It's still in the works, so i don't recommend anyone to try it yet. They'll release one in the future that hopefully would be able to hack newer psps. TIFF is an image format.

QUOTE(love_hina @ Apr 14 2009, 11:05 PM) what is unbricking? sorry very noob here Unbricking is a process which is done to recover a psp unit from a bricked state. When your psp is bricked, you would not be able to boot it up to your menu because of some corrupted flash 0 files. Using a Pandora's Battery, you would be able to access service mode, where you can then install custom firmware or an official firmware of your choice to pretty much repair your psp. What custom firmware does? See what Lacus replied. It also gives you homebrew support which allows you to run 3rd party programs.
