hi to all PSP owners smile.gif just wanna ask for the opinion regarding a PSP. is it worth the money in terms of gameplay? im looking for handheld console and this seems to be one of the only 2 choices compare to DS.

what are the main genre of games for PSP? RPG or action like star wars force unleashed? can a PSP last very long in terms of games playable? i dont care about wifi or listen songs etc. just want the machine for gaming xD so i wanna know more info regarding gaming part of PSP.. thanks for the feedback biggrin.gif

That guide is for 4.01m33. You need to find cxmb 3.3 which is the one for 5.00m33.

Try doing this. Go to recovery mode/advanced and select "Format flash 1"

Recovery mode = Hold the off switch for 3-6 seconds, then hold the R Trigger, and boot your unit up. You should see a black screen with red words or a blue screen with white words.

i been format flash 1 before...
not working tho...

Hmm, not sure why that sound problem is bugging your psp unit..

By the way guys, the tiff exploit doesn't do much at the moment. It's just a proof of concept but a new release would be out in a few days time I suppose where maybe HEN would be useable. HEN stands for homebrew enabler, and it allows users to run homebrew on their units as long as it's enabled. Once your unit is booted off, hen would be gone and you would have to run the program again for your unit to be HEN enabled back again.

Hello World v2 TIFF exploit has been released, its for the PSP slim. But users have found that the PSP slim hack also works on PSP-3000 units. The PSP-3000 has been freed. Finally the day has come. Now all we need is that source code to get out there and someone to implement a HEN home-brew from enabler for this...

wow psp 3k price will increase after this... psp 2k price will down... brows.gif brows.gif

Bro, go to Psp. it pretty much can do anything. comparison bout game NDS for kids only, but psp got good RPG game like GOW n FFCC.
if ur into game that much, Psp can play emu like gameboy, NES, SNES, Atari, capcom, NEO-GEO game for the old schooler gamers.
lots of homebrew game that kill hours of ur time. not to mention app like GPS, camera, Remote control for any device(phat only), Skype(slim only),
play games through your HD tv(slim only) thumbup.gif . Play games through your pc. cool2.gif
Best of all, after u buy your psp, all the games, app, emu were FREE, juz find a gud web and download. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

*juz dont buy Psp3000 coz its still not hack(yet) tongue.gif
